When and where is it going to be?
• This event will take place on October 18-20, 2024, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South. The location is convenient to Disney, Universal and other popular Orlando attractions.
Is there a room block?
• Yes! The Embassy is an all-suite hotel, meaning all rooms have a living room with a pull out sofa and a separate bedroom. All reservations include a free made-to-order breakfast and a nightly cocktail hour! We have a room block reserved for us with discounted parking and no resort fees at this link- https://book.passkey.
How many classes will there be?
• We have 3 classrooms that will each host 3-5 classes per day. Classes will be rolled out in the coming days as we finalize them. We may repeat one or two of the most popular classes on Sunday, depending on need.
What is the cost?
• All classes are now open for first come first served sign up. Therefore the cost is completely dependent on what and how many classes you chose. Feel free to take a look at the class listing page to see what is still available. While there will be some day of openings, please pre-register on the website so your instructors can prepare your kits for you ahead of time.
Can I just come to shop/visit?
• We have a $5 FOMO morning or afternoon pass to come visit friends and check out our pop-up shops. However, if you’re wanting to come take classes, please pre-register on the website so your instructors can prepare your kits for you ahead of time.
Saltmate Status (closed)
• $200 - this is includes the $50 registration fee to attend and the required minimum of $150 towards classes. You can pay the full amount all at once as well. The classes will range from $35-75 each depending on length and complexity, and additional classes may be purchased above the initial commitment of $150.
What does my $50 initial registration fee get me?
• The registration covers admission for the whole weekend plus 2 catered lunches (Friday and Saturday)
I’m gluten free/celiac/vegan/etc., will I still be able to participate in lunch?
• Of course! Just let us know what your dietary restrictions are upon registration, and we will have a special plate made for you by the catering staff based on availability.
When can I sign up for classes?
• A full class schedule and signups will be available in mid to late July. Please make sure your full balance ($200) is paid in full before sign ups as all classes will be first come, first served!
I want to come, but I’m only available one of the days, can I just come one?
• You would be required to pay the registration fee and the $150 class minimum would still apply. If you only want to book classes on one of the two days, that’s perfectly fine. Just be aware that no refunds will be offered, so make sure you spend your class money!
What if I want to take more classes than my initial $150 covers?
• That’s great! All classes will have an individual cost and may be added a la carte once you have exhausted your initial investment. Again these are first come first served and we ask that you are very careful not to overlap your classes.
