Join us for a confident beginner and create your very own Harper Knit Cardigan by Sinclair Patterns! In this workshop, you'll sew a beautiful longline cardigan using Thunderbird HandCrafted’s EcoOrganic Knit in the stunning Hot Chocolate Roses print.
Jordan will guide you through serger techniques, pattern assembly, and how to customize your fit using a Styling Design Ruler to shape your apparel patterns. You'll leave with a cozy, versatile layering piece perfect for year-round wear!
Your kit includes approximately 3 yards of precut fabric, all ready for you to sew!
You’ll receive an email before class to confirm your sizing — so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox and reply when you see it!
Supplies to Bring:
Serger with new ballpoint needles installed
4 cones of matching serger thread
Or Sewing Machine with Zig Zag Stitch and coordinating thread and bobbin
Basic sewing notions (scissors, pins/clips, measuring tape, etc.)
A sewing needle with a large enough eye to thread all 4 serger threads (for finishing)
Optional: mini iron & iron mat for pressing as you go
