Preorder Information:

This is a preorder item. Turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks from the closing date of the preorder round. Production does not begin until the preorder round closes.

Print on Demand Terms & Conditions

All Print on Demand (POD) orders are AS IS. Due to the custom nature of printed fabric, we do not offer refunds or reprints for base-to-base color differences, minor variations in weight/texture, or artwork-related expectations.

If your order arrives with a confirmed defect caused by production (misprint, flaws, or damage), contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve it.

File Requirements

     All files must be a minimum of 300 DPI.

     Customer-supplied artwork must be a READY-TO-PRINT, SEAMLESS FILE.

     The customer must own the artwork or have proper commercial licensing for the design.

Artwork Responsibility

All files will be printed EXACTLY as uploaded.

Any scaling, resizing, or edits required are SOLELY the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for errors within submitted artwork, including but not limited to:

     Resolution issues in your file

     Color problems in your file

     Seam errors in your file

     Design flaws in your file

Rights & Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse any Print on Demand request for any reason.

You may be required to provide proof of ownership or valid commercial licensing for submitted artwork.
We WILL NOT print stolen artwork, copyrighted images, or designs taken from the internet without the original artist’s permission.

Any order found to be in violation of these terms will be immediately cancelled.

By Placing an Order

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept color variation between fabric bases, minor manufacturing variances, and base-specific fabric characteristics.

🎨 Color & Fabric Variance

Each fabric base absorbs ink differently. Because of this, colors may appear lighter, darker, brighter, or more saturated from one base to another, even when using the same artwork. Exact color matching across different fabric bases is not guaranteed.

Minor variations in fabric weight, texture, and consistency can occur due to the weaving and manufacturing process. The specifications listed reflect our standard bases; however, slight variances are normal and must be accepted when ordering.

Available Fabric Bases

Cotton Lycra - 250 GSM and made from 95% cotton and 5% lycra. It is digitally printed, measures approximately 56”–58” wide, and has 4-way stretch. Selvages may be present. This base is sold in 1-yard increments.

Cotton Woven - 145 GSM and made from 100% cotton. It is digitally printed, approximately 54”–56” wide, and is a non-stretch fabric. Selvages may be present. base is sold in 1-yard increments.

Bamboo Cotton Lycra - 240 GSM and composed of 67% bamboo, 28% cotton, and 5% spandex. It is digitally printed, approximately 56”–58” wide, and offers 4-way stretch. Selvages may be present. This base is sold in 1-yard increments.

Bamboo French Terry - 265 GSM and made from 67% bamboo, 28% cotton, and 5% spandex. It is digitally printed, approximately 56”–58” wide, and has 4-way stretch. Selvages may be present. This base is sold in 1-yard increments. This is the french terry we use in classes. 

Water Resistant Canvas (WPC) - 220 GSM and made from 100% polyester. It is digitally printed, measures approximately 59” wide, and is a non-stretch fabric. Selvages may be present. This base is sold in 18” x 54” rolls only and will be folded for shipping.

This base has structure and behaves like a woven fabric. Some fraying at cut edges is normal. Water will bead and roll off the surface; however, pressure can allow moisture through. Color appearance will differ from other bases due to fabric content and printing process.

Athletic Knit - 280 GSM and composed of 85% polyester and 15% spandex. It is digitally printed, approximately 56”–58” wide, and has 4-way stretch. Selvages may be present. This base is sold in 1-yard increments.
